I absolutely LOVE this series! The conclusion was so beautiful and just incredible!Though Laelynn and Dustan are still my favorite couple, Syrina's and Emer's relationship was awesome. Their gifts were the most unique I believe and really had me engaged throughout the HEART OF THE GUARDIAN (I was completely glued to my Kindle for half the book). Not sure which gift was my favorite because they all were amazing and only seemed to grow as the bond was strengthened.
I will mention that Jerric has come such a long way since Heart Song and it was so good to see the transformation in him. I am very thankful for how the author wove in his unique experience that takes place near the beginning. What he learns from it really stuck with me and had me saying the same mantra in my head today. It's something I want to remind myself in my own journey of life.
My only complaint is that the series is over. It was so bittersweet with every swipe of my finger to turn the page because I knew I was that much closer to the war ending (hopefully) and the book ending. I got so close to the Guardians and their Warriors on each of their journeys that I didn't want their stories to end.
I asked in my first two reviews of Heart Song and Shifter's Heart if I recommended this series, and with HEART OF THE GUARDIAN, it's still a big YES! I know I said it already it the beginning, but I love this series. I have reread the first two books and can't wait to reread the series all over all again in its fullness. I learned so much and was greatly reminded with this ending of this story and trilogy of how much my Creator and Savior loves me. He gives good gifts to His children that not only blesses them, but others around them, and the Heart Song trilogy reflects that truth (especially in this read). A must read!

This was a perfect ending to the series. I'm sad there aren't more of them, but I really liked the ending.

What a great series! I read all 3 in one weekend because I was so into them! Really great story line and excellent writing!
Loved it. Couldn't stop infill I read all three books. The characters, the plot , the ending everything was awesome. It's been I while since I have read a book and felt satisfied with the beginning middle and end.
I fell in love with this series after I read Heart Song and I have been hooked. Emer and Syrina's story did not disappointed. It was wonderful how the author was able to weave the different characters together to create an epic and climatic scene that show all of the Guardians talents and abilities. I really enjoyed the relationships between the Guardians and their warriors, but most I love the bond of family that the Guardians had with each other. An amazing series and I highly recommend it.
This conclusion to the Heart Song trilogy is a great adventure story as well as another sweet romance. I particularly like the fact that the romance couple in this book aren't royals but are just regular people who devote themselves to doing the utmost with what they have. Again, the author's ability to develop the relationships between her characters really shines.
Again, I felt it necessary to take off one star for the grammatical errors. Although I got used to the types of mistakes the author makes and learned to read around them, they were still distracting for me.
I've loved each of these books and love how the author keeps each character going and adding adding in emer and syrina now and very well inertwines romance and warriors and evil draycen very well written and I read this one as well in 2 days and didn't want put it down so if your book lover of Christian futuristic / romance. With Enemy camps and rebels then you loved this book I truly love how this author can make it work all together in each of the books and such power behind the writing ! Thank you desiree Williams once again for such a awsome book that take you on the journey as if there ! I hope too see more books of these from you
